I didn’t get my call to missions until after I attended Capernwray Bible School in 2007. It was then that I felt God was calling me to missions. It looks a lot different than what I would have thought it would look like.
I later did my first Mission Adventures trip in 2008 and went back to Mexico to help staff the Mission Adventures program. I later did my Discipleship Training School with YWAM in September 2009 in Mexico, staying there until 2025.
God’s plan is perfect, and being able to join the CAYU team has been such an answer to prayer, allowing me to stay involved in ministry. I love working with young people and leaders alike. I love hearing people’s stories and encouraging them in their walk.
I want people to see Christ in me and for that light to bless them or make them want to walk closer with the Lord. As a missionary coming from Mexico, it is my desire to see youth go out into the nation and, from that experience, create a strong personal bond with Christ that will go with them all the days of their lives.
