When I was nine, I drew a picture of myself as a nurse when I grew up. Over time, I realized that bodily functions and blood were not quite my thing, but compassion, empathy, and a desire to help others have always been a part of who I am!
My interest in counselling has been shaped by both personal and professional experiences.
At the heart of my work is a desire to create a space where you feel known, welcomed, and understood. Through curiosity, empathy, and genuine connection, I hope our time together provides a place to explore life’s challenges and brings a realization to your heart that you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
