I've got a deep love for “shepherding the shepherds”, helping and assisting those who we often don't think of as needing help, like leadership and staff. I'm built to assist in creating order from chaos, echoing how God creates order from the chaos in our lives, and I've fondly termed this work as "Administry", a combination of the words "administration" and "ministry".
